The following six concepts are fundamental to understanding how dbt99 operates and what obligations both the platform and the player carry. Each is explained in full in the relevant section below.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and dbt99 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at dbt99.vip and all associated services, products, and features offered by dbt99. By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any wager or bet on dbt99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the dbt99 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any posted updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on dbt99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dbt99 is strictly an adult platform and does not accept registrations from individuals under 21.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing dbt99 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party. All accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of dbt99 or any of its partner companies, game providers, or payment processors.

dbt99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review, or permanent closure where fraud is suspected.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of dbt99 services, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You must complete the registration form accurately and submit only genuine personal details. dbt99 employs verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of registered users; providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any other individual under any circumstances.
• Notify dbt99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out completely from your session after each use, particularly when accessing dbt99 on a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

Deposits and Withdrawals

dbt99 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees as no foreign currency is accepted or processed.

The following rules apply to all payment transactions on dbt99:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options. dbt99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a specific exemption is granted by dbt99 support following a verified support request.
• dbt99 does not process withdrawals until any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses are met. Attempting to withdraw funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.
• dbt99 conducts standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for withdrawals above certain thresholds. Players may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is authorised.

dbt99 is not responsible for any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's mobile network operator, bank, or mobile money service provider. Processing times stated on the platform are estimates and may vary. Most mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are completed within ten minutes under normal operating conditions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dbt99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is issued, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence for that individual promotion.

• All bonuses are credited to the player's account in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus on a second account will result in cancellation of both accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• dbt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been issued, the bonus will remain valid for the period already stated unless fraud or abuse is detected.
• Players who have self-excluded or requested a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use any promotional bonus during that period, regardless of whether a bonus was credited before the self-exclusion or cooling-off period began.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dbt99. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share dealer information in live casino games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit platform mechanics.
• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with dbt99 in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting scripts and odds-scraping tools.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise. dbt99 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity where required.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain credits, free spins, or other benefits not legitimately earned. Any such gains will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward dbt99 staff or other players through any communication channel including support chat and email.

Intellectual Property

All content on dbt99.vip — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, graphics, user interface elements, text, software code, game integrations, promotional materials, and the dbt99 brand name — is the intellectual property of dbt99 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the dbt99 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or reverse-engineered without the express prior written consent of dbt99.

Individual game titles, logos, and associated trademarks displayed on dbt99 remain the property of their respective game studios and providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others. Their display on dbt99 does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights to the player or to any third party.

Responsible Gaming

dbt99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account at any time. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. In no event shall dbt99, its directors, employees, partners, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. dbt99's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

dbt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 6.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested within the stated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or other serious criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction or closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits and bonus-derived winnings — will be forfeited. Where a player voluntarily closes their account and there is no outstanding breach, any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.

Privacy and Data Protection

dbt99 collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the dbt99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on dbt99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. Amendments to These Terms

dbt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect immediately upon posting.

It is your responsibility as a player to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of dbt99 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between a player and dbt99 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with dbt99 support at [email protected]. dbt99's decision on any disputed matter relating to account activity, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or fund settlement shall be final, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions. dbt99 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific national court system; players agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in a jurisdiction mutually agreed upon in writing at the time of the dispute.
